1. Why should I outsource the wedding photo or video editing process?
1. As a wedding photographer or videographer, your focus should be on capturing unforgettable moments—not spending hours behind a screen editing. Outsourcing allows you to concentrate on shooting weddings, engaging with clients, and growing your business, while we handle the post-production. Your clients get professionally edited, high-quality results, and you get more time for both work and life.
2. How do I start?
Simply contact us with your project details, and we’ll send you a personalized, free quote. If you’re happy with it, we can begin with a free test edit.
3. What software do you use?
We primarily work with Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for video editing, and Lightroom for photo editing.
4. How do I pay?
We accept payments via PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer. You’ll only be charged after the project is complete, so it’s risk-free.
5. How long will it take to edit my footage?
Our standard turnaround time is 14 working days. During peak season, delivery may take up to 21 working days.
6. How many revisions can I request?
We offer unlimited revisions within six weeks of delivery. After that, a small re-edit fee applies for additional changes.
7. Will you keep my program files?
We keep the original footage until the final videos are approved and store program files for up to six weeks after delivery. Let us know in advance if you need us to keep them longer.
8. Will I be assigned a specific editor?
Yes. To ensure consistency, you’ll have one to two dedicated editors plus a backup editor.
9. Can you match my style?
Absolutely. We’ll study your past work to align with your style. You may need to give detailed feedback at first, but our team will quickly adapt.
10. Where are your editors and project managers located?
Our team is based in one location in the Philippines, equipped with backup power and internet. Project managers work in shifts to ensure prompt communication.
11. How will I receive my files?
​Final outputs are delivered in high resolution via secure Google Drive or Dropbox links. Files remain available for 30 days, so we recommend downloading and backing them up. If you need a different platform, format, or extra revisions, just let us know. Your content stays safe and confidential.
